Shipping policy

You order, we process, and then we ship!

Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for us to pack up your skincare favorites! Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code.

We offer free 3-7 day USPS Standard shipping within the US on all orders over $55 (not including taxes and promotions). 

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to Florida.

Shipping Internationally

We currently do not ship outside of the US. We are working on opening shipping to Canada and UK as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we grow :)

Notice

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Glamquest assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.

Some of our skincare tools may be subjected to a longer delivery time. We know a quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that. But please be patient, Skincare tools orders are normally shipped out within 72 hours and will take approx. 7-15 days to arrive.
