Formulated in Seoul, Glamquest Beauty is a Black-founded Korean skincare brand created specifically for melanin-rich skin biology in mind. Founded in 2020, Glamquest Beauty stemmed from our frustration with an industry that celebrated Korean skincare innovation yet rarely considered deeper skin tones in its formulas, messaging, or definition of ‘healthy’ skin. We exist to address a long-standing gap in K-beauty, where deeper skin tones have historically been overlooked in both formulation and philosophy. Through a melanin-centered lens, we reimagine Korean skincare with formulations designed to support barrier integrity, calm inflammation, deliver lasting hydration, and strengthen long-term skin resilience—without harsh lightening agents or one-size-fits-all solutions.
